Senior leadership. A bench built for the work.
Every engagement is led by people who have carried a P&L, built production systems, or run transformation from inside the business. Across the leadership team, we have operated in venture-stage companies, mid-market manufacturers, and some of the largest technology companies in the world.
Four leadership disciplines stay accountable. A trusted specialist bench joins wherever the workflow demands it. You pay for senior judgment and exact expertise, not a pyramid learning your business on the job.
The leadership disciplines.
The AI-native operator
VP Marketing at Rule 1 Ventures, where he runs AI-native growth and operations across a portfolio spanning cybersecurity, financial services, and transportation. Previously a marketing leader at a top-50 global architecture firm and founder of a CPG company. The multi-currency sprint and two-week rebrand on this site came from that operating work.
The AI depth
Nearly two decades at Cisco across solutions architecture, data science, new products, and customer analytics. His background includes graduate training in AI and computer science and ten years as a U.S. Marine Corps information systems officer. He has built production machine learning at enterprise scale, including systems that predicted security incidents.
The business anatomist
Twenty-five years running strategic alliances and partner ecosystems. He founded Alliancesphere in 2002 and led more than a thousand engagements across five continents, including work for Cisco, Intel, IBM, Coca-Cola, UPS, and Equifax. Cisco adopted the methodology globally. Those tools now anchor PraxisFive’s method.
The commercial connector
Wharton MBA and former Coca-Cola brand marketer. He founded a marketing consultancy, sold it to Prophet, and joined its US leadership team as a partner. He then spent eight years leading marketing, innovation, strategy, and sustainability inside a mid-market manufacturer, running strategy from inside the P&L.
Why a pod, not a pyramid
The old model used a pyramid of junior staff beneath a senior partner. That made engagements slow and expensive because the client paid for the pyramid, not just the judgment at the top.
Senior leadership stays accountable. AI carries the transactional load, and a trusted bench of builders, designers, data specialists, security experts, and other operators joins when the sprint needs them. The team expands around the problem. Accountability does not.
Our first meeting is 45 minutes, and it isn’t a pitch.
We come with a point of view on your business already researched: where we’d start, and what it’s worth. You keep that thinking whether you hire us or not.
Start with one workflow →Email goes to the leadership team, not a funnel. You’ll hear back within one business day.
